What data I process and why
I use the data from the forms (name, e-mail, phone, message) to handle your inquiry, that is, to reply to you and arrange a meeting. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or negotiations about one. I keep the data for the duration of our dealings and then for no longer than three years in case of a complaint.
I send news and listings by e-mail only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the link in every e-mail. For each consent I record when and where it was given.
Cookies
Without your consent, the website uses only the technical cookies it needs to run (for example, to remember your choice in the cookie bar). Statistics and embedded maps or videos start only after you consent, and you can change your choice in the bar at the bottom of the page.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. Just write to hana.kremenova@qara.cz. You can file a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).
