How I presented the property
I would like to offer for rent a newly renovated, bright, spacious 3+1 apartment, 64 m², located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in Prague 4, Háje, Exnárova Street.
There are 2 bedrooms (1 with a balcony), a living room connected to the kitchen and dining area, an entrance hall, a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, and a utility room housing the boiler and washing machine.
The kitchen faces south with a view of greenery and a wooden playground (newly renovated in December 2020). The other rooms face east. There is also a spacious pantry. The kitchen is in a neutral white color scheme with an oak-look countertop. The counter under the window, which ends in a short bar counter, can also be used as a breakfast table. The kitchen is connected to the living room, where the windowsill is made of the same material as the countertop so that the space is visually unified.
Apartment equipment: 10 kg washing machine (LG), kitchen (IKEA), dishwasher (IKEA), electric oven, gas stove (IKEA), range hood (IKEA), freestanding refrigerator with freezer (IKEA). Heating is provided by the apartment's own gas boiler.

Near the building there are 2 public kindergartens (K Milíčovu, 4 minutes on foot; Janouchova, 7 minutes on foot) and one forest kindergarten (9 minutes). K Milíčovu elementary school is also 4 minutes on foot. There is a children's playground right in front of the building. Milíčov forest park is just across the street, and I would definitely recommend a walk there to anyone interested in the apartment; almost right behind the building is a pond restored last year, with a dam that invites you to sit and watch the sunset. The pond is part of a cascade of ponds, and all the ponds in this cascade are worth a visit. Hostivař Reservoir is about a 20-minute walk away. Hostivař park is connected to Milíčov Forest by a path along the meanders of the Botič stream. Parking without blue-zone restrictions right in front of the building.
