How it works

A valuation by an agent, not a calculator

I compare the property with what has recently sold or rented nearby, and with my own past deals.

I get back to you

By the next working day at the latest, with the valuation, or with a suggestion for a short viewing if one is needed. The valuation is free and you are not committing to anything.

When a valuation helps

  • You are planning to sell and want to know what price to list at.
  • You want to rent out and do not know what rent is realistic today.
  • You are dealing with an inheritance, a divorce or a settlement between co-owners.
  • You are deciding whether to sell now or wait.

A market valuation is not an official expert appraisal. If a notary, court or bank needs one, I will recommend a certified appraiser.
